Returns and Refunds

Please get in contact with us if you have any issues with your purchases. We offer refunds and exchanges for customers who are unhappy with any of their purchases in line with current UK and European legislation. Please notify us of any issues with your deliveries immediately. All refunds will be processed using original transaction unless agreed by mutual parties. 

All items purchased on the site come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you change your mind, just return it unused, in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund. Please note where the return is because you changed your mind you will have to pay the postage for the return. Please return items with a service that provides tracking as we will not be liable for items that get lost on the way back to us.

Damaged Items

We are sorry if your item is damaged or faulty - In this case we again ask you to return the item and we will refund the costs of postage. 

Refunds will be processed in 1 - 3 days once the items has been received. 

We post to the following countries and postage, packaging and processing rates are classified by zone. Postage rates for each order are displayed before the transaction is completed.

DELIVERIES

Items ship from the United Kingdom within three days of purchasing.

We ship all of our products in plain discreet packaging. Products may be dispatched without their original packaging to keep postage costs down. Customers can request items to be in their original packaging when completing an order.

Standard delivery in the UK is via Royal Mail and international is Royal Mail Priority airmail. Most of our deliveries will require a signature on arrival.
